THE SPACE

A loft, unlike any other.

Featured in The New York Times and designed by architecture firm wHY, The Venice Loft began as a commercial building and became something far more considered. Exposed brick, original wood ceilings, and poured concrete floors give the 3,200 square foot residence the kind of texture that cannot be designed from scratch.

The open plan kitchen and living area opens entirely through sliding doors onto a private courtyard. A lap pool with a waterfall feature, hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, and firepit turn the outside into a second living space. Above it all, a rooftop deck with unobstructed ocean views.
